Problem
The BullCharts Data Download maybe become locked up and freeze BullCharts during the nightly download display a blue circle or ring while attempting to download.
Blue rotating ring appears on screen.
The progress bar does not complete.
Solution
a. Exit from the BullCharts Data Loader and restart BullCharts.
b. Or restart your computer may clear the lockup.
c. Upgrade to the latest version will reduce the instance of this locking issue.
