1. Line drawings saved per time period
By default BullCharts saves the same line drawings and annotations across all time periods. However, there is an option to save line drawings per time period. For example, unique annotations for Weekly, Monthly charts and so on.
The missing line drawings maybe due to them being saved based on the time period. Check the settings in Tools/Preferences then IntelliCharts. Remove the tick for Save different IntelliCharts for each time period.
2. Migrating from Metastock as a data source
Migrating from Metastock as a data source requires copying the IntelliCharts from one location to another. Please see Moving IntelliCharts from Metastock data source to BullCharts data source
