There are a number of symbols available to display the S&P 500 index.
The recommended one is INDEX.SP500 rather than INDEX.SPX.
These two indexes are in the local database “INDEX” which can be added to your BullCharts system from the Updates and Downloads web page for BullCharts users – https://download.bullcharts.com.au/
The screen shot below shows the Security Manager pane (to the right), and the “Other” category entry, which in my case currently includes the COMmodity database, the INDEX database of about 2300 indexes and the MFUND database.
