How to find your model number and iOS version on an iPhone

  1. For support, you may be asked to supply information on your iPhone.
  2.  Select the Settings icon.

2.  Swipe down and select General.

3. Select About.

4.  Swipe down to display the Version and Model number.

5. Send the Version and Model number to support.
