Could not find a part of the path C:\Program Files (x86)\BullSystems\BullCharts\Databases

After an upgrade to BullCharts 4.2

Probably we have to manually copy & paste Databases folder from c:\temp into the directory.
User had downloaded BC with no db to do an upgrade to 4.1.  Must be 4.2 upgrade with db.
