If you have lost your User ID or Password, you are able to request the details to be sent to the original email address that is used in your subscription using the Lost Password facility.  This is not a password reset. Alternatively, please contact BullCharts.

Missing company names in watchlist

If some company names are missing in your watchlist, please rebuild the tables and download the latest data. Go to Tools/Get Daily Data . Select Clear and rebuild tables. 3. Select Collect Now. 4. If the database is update to date, click Yes.  5. Restart BullCharts.
