Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file.

Problem

After downloading the upgrade file for BullCharts and attempting to run it, an error message appears.

Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item.

Solution

It is possible that your virus checking programme is not allowing the file to be run.  Please temporarily disable your virus checking programme to install BullCharts.
