This is a generic message so it is not sufficient to recommend a suitable solution.
One possibility is it may be that the BullAlerts history file is corrupt.
A second indication of the problem is that all the lists in the Security Manager are missing.
- Navigate to the BullAlerts folder. From Tools/Preferences and select the File tab, then scroll to Alerts.
2. Select View Location.
3. Delete the file called TriggeredHistory.his
4. Restart BullCharts.
