List of stock exchange databases missing under the Metastock tab of the BullCharts Data Downloader

Problem

The list of stock exchanges under the Metastock tab in the BullCharts Data Downloader may be missing. The list is dynamically created when you connect to the main BullCharts server farm. If there is a delay or a timeout then the list can’t be created.

Solution

Restart BullCharts to re-establish the connection to the server.
